Central heating, a personal safe, and flat-screen TV in perfectly clean and brand-new rooms were awesome. Also, location was quiet and great, a 10-15 minute walk from El Alamein World War ii Military Museum.

The beds were good and overall the room was brand-new & neat. There was a spacious bathroom with a shower, hairdryers, and bath robes. The location was MAGNIFICENT and fantastic, close to beach and mall, mall and restaurant, and North Coast. Marina El Alamein district was worth exploring.
The staff were poorly trained, didn't expect that coming.

The entire hotel was exceptionally clean and the room was brand-new. The staff were very friendly and provided help. The breakfast was great, they serve savoury food. I didn't feel like leaving and would stay here again without hesitation.

The buffet breakfast had a great variety and tasted amazing. The beach access was convenient with the golf carts provided. The room was clean and comfortable, although the windows didn't open. I had a pleasant stay at Crystal Inn By Almasa and would recommend it to others.

Great way to end our vacation. Clean hotel in an amazing building just off bakeries and regal heights beach which is beautiful and the sea. Consistently courteous and welcoming staff of the venue. Plenty of goodies for breakfast.
